Acceptable Use Guidelines
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These guidelines describe use we will not support when assessing a pilot or voice service. Actual service obligations and enforcement procedures must be agreed in the relevant service contract.
1. Lawful and authorised communications
You must have the authority and any permissions required for the numbers, caller identities, recipients and content you use. Requirements may depend on the caller's and recipient's countries.
- No scams, phishing, impersonation, fraudulent billing or misleading caller identification.
- No unlawful marketing, spam, harassment, threats or other prohibited communications.
- No bypassing applicable calling restrictions, recipient objections or provider controls.
- No unauthorised use of third-party numbers, accounts, credentials or personal information.
2. Protect systems and information
Do not attack, overload, probe without permission, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to a website, network or voice system. Keep credentials private and report suspected misuse through the contact provided in your proposal or the website sales channel.
3. Agree features before activation
Calling destinations, volumes, numbers, caller identities and carrier routes are subject to review and commissioning. Recording, automated dialling and other features require explicit scope and any applicable permissions; their mention on this site does not enable them or authorise their use. A pilot does not establish emergency-service capability or a production availability commitment.
4. Service contracts and concerns
Any contractual monitoring, restriction or suspension rights must be stated in the applicable service agreement. These guidelines do not invent a refund, termination or enforcement process. Discuss a requirement or concern with sales before proceeding. Do not include secrets or private customer records in a website enquiry.
For personal-information concerns, see the Privacy Policy.
